For some reason, e-management on a warrior just sounds a bit wrong to me.

Warriors get energy management by using a Zealous Weapon.

Winterclaw has the best idea of the Warrior suggestions... Skills are a bit better than just a simple Zealous weapon imho, they don't cause -1 energy regen, even if you are swapping that set in and out...
Splitisoda has a unique, but wholly disproportionate idea on Warriors... 70-80e on a Warrior? Let's see... just to clear this up... you are going to drop all of your potential bonuses, all of which do better for your Warrior than a massive energy pool to get what? Warrior Base is 20e, Full Radiant sig set gives +8e, melee weapons can have a +5e bonus, a full set of Attunement runes will give +10e, and a +15/-1 focus will give anywhere from 18e to 27e, depending on whether or not your Attributes match with the Focus req... Tallied up, that makes... 61e to 70e/-1 regen... or we can just go with a staff that has +10e an Insightful +5e head and a +15/-1 inscription which would give you... 68e/-1 regen. Melee with a +5e wins out over a staff with a +15/-1 but why in the name of the gods would a Warrior need a pool of 61e to 70e? What couldn't he do with a smaller pool (20e - 30e MAX from a Chest/Leg Radiant combo and a +5e weapon) that he could do with that massive amount of energy that he will never be able to regain? ugh...
While Zealous weapons are the major part of e-mgmt for Warriors, that's not the whole picture, as Shuuda claims...
Warrior e-regen is 2 pips, equalling 2e/3sec or 8e/12sec or 14e/21sec
With a Zealous Axe/Sword, provided you are hitting your target every attack with no ias buff (Flail, Flurry, Frenzy, etc.) you are getting 1e/3sec + 3e/4sec = 13e/12sec which is better by 5e/12sec, equalling out to a little over +50% energy gain
With a Zealous Hammer, provided you are hitting your target every attack with no ias buff you are getting 1e/3sec + 12e/21 sec = 19e/21sec which is better by 5e/21sec, equalling out to a little over +35% energy gain.
Problem is, you can't count on hitting every single attack with all of the blocking, chances to miss, kiting, etc. going on. I don't even want to get into the advanced theoretical calculations and formulae for all of that.
You also have to manage your energy consumption vs. your energy gain vs. energy denial. Zealous is not the only e-mgmt, just the optimal choice in conjuction with not using a subobtimal or outright ridiculous skillset. The best e-mgmt a Warrior has is his/her brain being in-line with common sense. Warriors should do what Warriors do best, use their weapons, and let casters sling spells. Our energy management is really quite simple... low cost skills if we must use them (ias or ms boosts, one or two attacks) coupled with energy gain skills if they fit in our skillset, swapping to a Zealous weapon when we have to have extra gain and/or are using multi-hit skills (Cyclone Axe, Triple Chop, Hundred Blades, Whirlwind Attack)... not 70e and ignoring extra HP, armor, damage...

You don't need skills for energy management all the time, having the brain use skills wisely without uneeded spam is more than enough for warriors.

QFT, zealous is all you should ever need for energy management as a warrior.

Nice inputs. E management is esential if. Even with "godmod" warrior granting +100 ar. Without energy mangement the grp will still fail.
